How to do it

- 2Script: use Claude to generate a 1,200-word video script from a research brief. Specify the target viewer, the one key insight, and the conclusion you want them to reach
- 3Voiceover: use ElevenLabs or a local open-source alternative to generate a professional voiceover from the script in 2 to 3 minutes
- 4Visuals: combine stock footage from Pexels and Envato with text overlays and B-roll assembled in CapCut or DaVinci Resolve
- 5Thumbnail: generate two variants per video using Midjourney or Canva AI. Test both and track click-through rate over the first 48 hours
- 6Publishing cadence: minimum 2 videos per week for the first 90 days. Consistency matters more than perfection during the growth phase
